Let’s get started with —-Get Set Energy Blender —-ingredients: one half-peeled banana, 3/4 cup of 1% milk, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 6 oz.container of yogurt and 3/4 cup of ice. In a blender mix all the ingredients together.
Stretching is super important to getting started before exercising. You’ve just finished your Get Set Energy Blender,
hopefully you’re feeling well and ready to go.
How to get Started on Exercising:(Ejercicio)
• Break down your walking of 150 minutes per week to goals that’s realistic for you. Perhaps it would be 30 minute walks at least five times a week.
• For those who prefer running which is more vigorous than walking, the standard is 75 minutes each week. It’s good if you can do three 25 minutes sessions per week for an ideal goal.
• There were days I mixed and matched my exercise routine , such as walking 15 minutes to the Starbucks and back. (5×30 minutes =150 min)
• Several weeks into my routine, I’d run on Tuesdays/Thursdays/ and Sundays for at least 2 – 3 miles ( 3×25 minutes = 75 vigorous min)
For those who enjoy riding your bicycle try a 30 min ride on Tuesday. Perhaps a 45 minute (moderate) swimming class on Wednesday and choose cycling, hiking , on Saturday. Do your gardening, yard work, etc, for ( 30+45+30+the gardening and yard work for and hour) ; your total = 165 moderate minute This is a guideline that was very effective in my weight lose goals. I pray that all will be effective for you in preserving your body and reaching your utmost expectations.
Exercise is good for your mood and making life choices and decisions. Every night I would listen to different recordings on being motivated.. Motivation is a key factor in exercising. It’s that “it factor “ that get you moving. Listening to your favorite music etc. whatever your “IT” is use it to get you motivated. Each morning , I would always read a quote, scripture, devotional, anything positive will do. Create the vision of what goals you have set and truly believe in them ; put in the physical exercise listed above , and watch what happens. It will be amazing, and its supercalifragilistic
